About the role
We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in E-commerce brands. The focus is simple: profitable scaling, better ROAS, and consistent growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Handle complete funnel strategy (TOF, MOF, BOF)
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth
- Work on product-based scaling strategies (winning products, creatives, offers)
- Analyze performance using Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify data
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences
- Manage retargeting & remarketing campaigns
- Coordinate with creative team for high-converting ad creatives
- Track and improve conversion rate & customer acquisition cost
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in Meta Ads (E-commerce only)
- Proven track record of managing profitable campaigns (ROAS focused)
- Strong understanding of:
- Pixel setup & tracking
- Conversion API (CAPI)
- Audience targeting & scaling
- Experience with Shopify stores is a must
- Ability to read data and take fast optimization decisions
- Hands-on experience with high budget campaigns preferred
