Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
The role requires the ability to prospect for new clients by Upwork, LinkedIn Marketing, email marketing, social selling, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest in potential clients.
- Identifying and Generating leads on LinkedIn and converting them into sales.
- Bidding experience in Freelancing portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, Guru, PPH, etc
- Responsible for generating business through cold calling, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Reaching out to new customers and explaining to them the benefits of the services provided by us.
- Maintaining databases (HubSpot, CRM, Excel, etc.) of client information.
- Schedule activities & make Data Presentations to meet the regular Business Development Targets.
- Should be able to convince, follow up & chase the inbound leads.
- Analyzing customers' requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- We are looking for Business Development Professionals having at least 1 year of Sales experience in the client-based (Service Based) IT industry.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must
