Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with minimum 2 years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT roles while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process
• Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
• Coordinate offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding process
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
• Ensure positive candidate experience and employer branding

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Strong understanding of technical roles and IT hiring processes
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Premium hiring and job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
• Experience in screening technical profiles across different technologies
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools preferred

Good to Have

• Experience hiring for developers, designers, QA, digital marketing, and project management roles
• Knowledge of employer branding and social hiring
• Experience in startup or IT service-based company hiring
